In the construction documents phase, we provide our clients with a fully integrated project delivery process ideally suited to realizing their vision. In this phase, we finalize all of the technical design and engineering in the construction document (CD) phase, working with the architect and other engineers to coordinate structural engineering and detailing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, electrical requirements and conduit, and all AV products and materials are selected and scheduled. Finally, submittals for drawings and specifications are compiled and submitted for approval.
