We understand that AV systems are our client’s investment, and to protect that investment, we make sure that we keep your company or organization running smoothly with our AV support systems. Our AV support service enables you to address maintenance concerns, obtain training, submit urgent care requests, extend the life of your equipment, and save downtime. 

 

Our certified AV designs provide you with a wide range of custom solutions from our industry’s leading vendors. In addition, our 30 years of expertise developing, installing, and integrating AV integrated solutions informs our solutions and design decisions. Our AV designs incorporate these resources to ensure simplicity of use while preserving quality and flexibility to meet your evolving demands.

We Service The Following Audiovisual Equipment:

  • Power amplifiers, processors, and source devices for paging and background music systems.
  • For ordinary video/television playback, all LED screens were used.
  • All AV rack rooms and equipment are available.
  • Video displays, projector lifts, and video projectors are all included.
  • All of the video processing and source gear.
  • Control devise for audiovisual systems.
  • Processors, loudspeakers, amplifiers, source equipment, and mixing consoles are part of a performance audio system.
  • We can reverse engineer audiovisual and control systems and provide CAD one-line drawings, device placements, and rack elevations for an additional fee.

As a service to our clients, we are providing both preventative and emergency audio-visual and control system on-site repairs and service.  All equipment that are not fixable on-site will be removed and returned to the manufacturer for repairs.  Once the equipment is returned, we will return on-site, reinstall the equipment and test and commission for optimal performance.  All equipment under warranty will be repaired by the manufacturer.  Our normal service and travel charges will still apply.

A preventative maintenance call is defined as field technicians visiting the EQUIPMENT LOCATION to verify proper operation of the COVERED AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT, install any factory provided hardware and software updates, cleaning of all audio video devices,  checking and cleaning all cooling fans, returning the equipment controls to the predetermined operating levels, verifying equipment operation, reloading existing system operating software (if required), lubricating working parts, electronically calibrating AV equipment and correcting operating conditions that are not within industry standards for normal operation.

The on-site service hours for the four service/maintenance calls are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST Monday through Friday.  Work must begin and end within the on-site service hours. Priority phone support will be available free of charge for the duration of a service contract.

Based upon the business requirements, we can tailor-make a service plan over the course of the year.
